Monday Sidebar: Unlikely, but not impossible

This week I’m being inspired by photography that’s just a little bit odd, or of objects that are a little bit odd. I think creativity is all about looking at ordinary and seeing something different about it – whether its beauty, shape, use, or emotion. Guiseppe Colarusso does exactly this in his collection Improbabilita, where he takes ordinary items to a place where in becoming useless (or less likely to perform as well at their originally assigned task), they become objects of amusement. Each picture makes me sort of chuckle, or at least smile – and some I think are great ideas, such as his spray paint can where you can adjust the values of RGB it sprays. Imagine the fade effect you could achieve!
